Loss Prevention Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Loss Prevention Assistant. The Loss Prevention Team provide service and support 7 days a week. This is a varied role working independently supporting staff and preventing theft or disruption in – store. 

This role covers the following duties:

Patrolling in-store’
Monitoring CCTV
Record keeping and report writing
Use of Auror System
Providing assistance to customers in-store
Assist in training staff in-store on Loss Prevention
The successful candidate will have the following experience
Industry experience in Loss Prevention
Confident in decision making under pressure
Customer Service Skills
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Proven experience in handling challenging people and situations
Understand that confidentiality is imperative

This is a 40 hour per week position
